Argham Decor Return & Refund Policy

At Argham Decor, we strive to bring clean luxury and artisanal perfection into your home. Every item we create—from our hand-painted terracotta vessels to our hand-poured soy candles—is crafted with deep care and attention to detail.

Because our products are delicate and handmade, we have established a clear and fair Return & Refund Policy to protect both our customers and our local artisans.

1. The Artisanal Disclaimer (Handmade Variations)

Before initiating a return, please note that our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans using natural materials.

• Minor variations in color, texture, small surface marks, asymmetry, or tiny air bubbles in the terracotta or wax are natural characteristics of handmade products.

• These variations are not considered defects; instead, they add distinct character and unique charm to your individual piece.

2. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be completely unused, unlit, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective bubble wrap, boxes, inserts, and tags.

• Items purchased during clearance sales, special festive discounts, or custom bulk orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged during transit.

3. Damaged or Broken Items (Transit Claims)

We wrap our glass, crystal, and clay collections in multi-layered protective packaging. However, due to the fragile nature of these goods, damage can occasionally happen during transit.

• Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Mandatory Requirement: To claim a free replacement or a full refund for an item broken in transit, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly required.

• How to Submit: Email the unboxing video, a clear photograph of the damaged item, and your Order ID to support@arghamdecor.com. Once verified, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.

4. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping Fees

• For Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a broken item or the wrong product entirely, Argham Decor will arrange a free reverse pickup and cover all shipping costs.

• For Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product simply because you changed your mind, a nominal return shipping and restocking fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your final refund amount. Alternatively, you can opt for Store Credit for the full order value to use on a future purchase.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your returned package is received back at our artisanal studio, it will undergo a standard quality check.

6. Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched from our facility, whichever is earlier.

• Once an order is handed over to our courier partners and a tracking AWB is generated, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse the delivery at your doorstep, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Request

To start a return, exchange, or damage claim, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send an email to support@arghamdecor.com with the subject line: Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order ID].

2. State the reason for your return or exchange.

3. Attach your unboxing video or product images showing the condition of the package.

4. Our customer care team will respond within 24 to 48 hours to guide you through the next steps.
