Because our products are handcrafted, hand-poured, and often made of delicate materials like terracotta and glass, we treat packaging and shipping with the utmost care to ensure your items arrive safely.
Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Timelines
Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
Festive or Bulk Orders: During peak festive seasons or for custom/bulk gifting orders, processing may take 3 to 4 business days. We will always notify you via email or SMS if there is an unexpected delay.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates
We ship across India using reliable, premium logistics partners. Delivery timelines depend heavily on your location:

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected weather events, regional restrictions, or festival rushes may occasionally cause minor delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched from our artisanal studio, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your unique Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.
4. Handling Fragile Items & Transit Damage
We pack our delicate wax pieces, glass diyas, and terracotta vessels using multi-layered protective materials to withstand transit pressures. However, glass and clay remain fragile.
Our Commitment: If your product arrives broken or damaged during transit, we will replace it free of cost.
What We Require: To claim a free replacement or refund for transit damage, an unboxing video is mandatory. * How to Report: Please record a continuous, unedited video while opening your parcel for the first time. If you notice any damage, email the video along with your Order ID to our support team at support@arghamdecor.com within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
We request that you carefully verify your shipping address, landmark, pin code, and contact number before finalizing your payment.
Argham Decor cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete address or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier partner, an additional shipping fee will be charged to re-route the parcel.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India directly through our website platform. If you are located outside India and wish to purchase our artisanal collections, please get in touch with our team directly via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp support to arrange custom international shipping rates and logistics.
